Add your Mindbody exports
Add as many as you have. Each one is recognized automatically. The client list matters most. The rest fill in packs, memberships and billing dates.
Which reports do I export from Mindbody?
- Mailing Lists (Reports → Clients → Mailing Lists). Choose "Mailing List" and "All Clients", then Export to Excel.
- Visits Remaining (Reports → Clients → Visits Remaining). Pick a date range covering every active pack, all pricing options, and view as Detail.
- Membership report, which gives status, member from/to and auto-renew.
- Autopay schedule (optional), which gives next billing dates and amounts.
- Visit history / Attendance (optional), which gives visit counts and the last visit.
Some reports depend on your Mindbody plan. Bring whatever you can get.

Your migration files
Momence doesn't publish a self-serve import template for customers, packs or memberships. Its onboarding team runs the import. These are clean sheets with one row per item, keyed by email, ready to hand to them.

Moving saved cards & autopays
- Switchkit never handles card numbers. Neither of us should.
- Ask Momence onboarding to request a payment data migration. Momence runs on Stripe.
- Mindbody (or your merchant processor) sends the encrypted card tokens straight to Stripe over a secure processor-to-processor transfer. Stripe documents this as "migrating customer payment data".
- Once the cards arrive, match them by email to momence-memberships.csv and set each autopay to the Next Billing Date column, so nobody is charged twice or skipped.
- Turn off the autopays in Mindbody before the first Momence billing date.
